Trefle.ai ("we", "us") provides agentic sales infrastructure for niche B2B companies. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use https://trefle.ai.

We collect the following data when you voluntarily provide it through our forms:

• Email address
• Information about your business and target market (company size, regions, decision-maker profiles, client criteria, buying signals)

We also collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, performance metrics) through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.

We use your data to:

• Prepare and deliver the Market-Map or prospect list you requested
• Respond to your enquiries and contact you about our services
• Improve our website and offering

Legal basis: your consent (form submission) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is processed by the following service providers, acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting and analytics)
• Google Workspace (email delivery)
• Google Ads (advertising conversion measurement — see the dedicated section below)

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

When you arrive on our website by clicking one of our Google Ads, the URL contains a click identifier (GCLID) that we store alongside your enquiry. If you then submit a form, we report this identifier to Google (for some forms, together with a hashed, irreversible version of your email address), for the sole purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This data is not used to track you across other websites, and we do not use any advertising cookies.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this reporting at any time by emailing youness@trefle.ai.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or delete your personal data
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise these rights, email us at youness@trefle.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

When you fill in the Noa brief, we collect your first name, email address, phone number, company website, what you sell, your target clients and contacts, the buying signals you care about, who prospects in your company, your average deal size and when you would like to be called. We use them to call you back and set up Noa with you.

The contact details of the prospects Noa delivers to you come from public sources and professional contact-data providers.

This data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing youness@trefle.ai.

When you apply to work with us as a freelance sales caller, we may invite you to a short sales simulation on this website. You talk to an AI voice agent that plays a prospect. The calls are recorded and transcribed.

For that purpose we process:

• Your name, email address, mobile number and the language you chose
• The time you agreed to the exercise
• The voice recording and transcript of each call
• Automated scores and their written rationale, and the decision taken on your application

Our processors for this exercise are ElevenLabs (voice agent, recording, transcript and first-pass analysis), Google (storage of the form and emails), Vercel (hosting) and OpenAI (scoring of the transcript). Audio is deleted after 180 days. Transcripts, scores and the decision are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact.

No decision is taken on the automated scores alone: a person at Trefle reviews every call and makes the final decision. You can ask for a human interview instead of the simulation, ask for the reasoning behind a decision, or object to it, by writing to youness@trefle.ai. The AI agent does not analyse emotions; it is assessed on what is said, not how you feel.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser storage for two things only: to remember whether you have already seen our email popup or submitted a form, so we don't show them again, and, if you arrived through one of our Google Ads, to keep the ad click ID (GCLID) for your browsing session only (it is cleared when you close the tab), so it can be attached to your request if you fill in a form during that visit.
