Trefle.ai ("we", "us") provides agentic sales infrastructure for niche B2B companies. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use https://trefle.ai.

We collect the following data when you voluntarily provide it through our forms:

• Email address
• Information about your business and target market (company size, regions, decision-maker profiles, client criteria, buying signals)

We also collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, performance metrics) through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.

We use your data to:

• Prepare and deliver the Market-Map or prospect list you requested
• Respond to your enquiries and contact you about our services
• Improve our website and offering

Legal basis: your consent (form submission) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is processed by the following service providers, acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting and analytics)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Google Ads (advertising conversion measurement — see the dedicated section below)

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

When you arrive on our website by clicking one of our Google Ads, the URL contains a click identifier (GCLID) that we store alongside your enquiry. If you then submit a form, we report this identifier together with a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address to Google, for the sole purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This data is not used to track you across other websites, and we do not use any advertising cookies.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this reporting at any time by emailing youness@trefle.ai.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or delete your personal data
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser local storage only to remember whether you have already seen our email popup or submitted a form, so we don't show them again.
